Our Values

Knowledge

Members of Alpha Gamma Delta constantly work hard to better themselves and others in their community. Members strive to promote awareness towards organizations and activities they are passionate about by holding well-core events open for all students. It is also a standard for Alpha Gamma Delta members to complete Elevate programming that combines both personal and professional development and presents them to members in ways that can be applied to their lives in both manners. Alpha Gamma Delta also wants its members to attain high academic achievements. We want our members to make the most of all of their opportunities in college and want to help them succeed in any way we can. Members are recognized for their academic achievement during annual academic awards.
Responsibility

Alpha Gams are leaders that build others to be involved and engaged with support and love for one another's success.We strive to cultivate opportunities and celebrate the success for the future of fellow members in the chapter. We hold the purpose of not only teaching but displaying authenticity for the success of becoming relational and collaboration with members and those of the Belmont community.
Unity

Alpha Gam strives to find ways to get our members involved with various communities related to Belmont. We continually hold events to give members the chance to connect with other members whom they may not see as often. We also create a space where we welcome other communities to get involved with our chapter as well as finding ways to connect with the other chapters on campus.
Action

Alpha Gam strives to contribute in the communities where we are placed, because of our “joy of service thereby bestowed and the talent of leadership multiplied.” We aim to take action within the Belmont community and the Nashville community as a whole, because we love to give back to the community we have been served by. As members, we are passionate about advocating for positive change within our community by growing in relationship with the members of the community in which we serve.
